Liefde voor Publiek is a television registration of the theatre show by Sven de Leijer. Recently turning forty, Sven explored new hobbies but realized something was missing: an audience. The show blends personal reflections, humour, and direct interaction with the audience, creating a performance that is both engaging and intimate. The production captures the energy of the live stage performance and adapts it for television, preserving the connection between performer and audience.
We handled the post‑production of the show for television broadcast. The multi‑camera footage was edited to create a natural narrative flow. Our approach preserved the energy and authenticity of the live performance while adapting it for viewers at home. The editing emphasized Sven’s storytelling and audience reactions, alternating between wide stage shots and closer perspectives to capture key moments and interactions.
