In the field of infectious disease prevention, the European Scientific Working Group on Influenza (ESWI) plays a central role in connecting science, policy, and public health practice. The organization promotes evidence-based dialogue and fosters collaboration between researchers, clinicians, and decision-makers across Europe. Through its conferences, ESWI creates structured platforms where scientific insight translates into real-world preparedness.

The 10th ESWI Influenza Conference took place in Valencia from 20 to 23 October 2025. This milestone edition marked another important step in ESWI’s ongoing mission to strengthen Europe’s response to respiratory viruses. As a well-established scientific gathering, the conference brought together leading experts in influenza, RSV, and COVID-19.

The event attracted scientists, public health professionals, healthcare practitioners, and policy representatives. Its format included two dedicated scientific tracks and one policy track designed to translate research findings into actionable strategies. This structure ensured that discussions moved beyond theory, addressing practical implementation and long-term preparedness.

We were responsible for the audiovisual production of the event. Our team managed video editing, motion graphics, content acquisition, and overall production. We ensured visual clarity across sessions and delivered content throughout the programme. Our work also extended beyond the live event. Through edited recordings and highlight content, the conference insights remained accessible to a wider professional audience.
