At the request of the ‘Herman Van Loon Foundation,’ a livestream replaced a traditional event. The foundation promotes ethical healthcare entrepreneurship in primary care. They asked our team to manage the full recording, editing, and livestream production. Our collaboration began with in-depth discussions to understand their goals and target audience.
We recorded and edited Electronic Field Productions (EFPs) featuring key speakers, stakeholders, and healthcare experts. Moreover, we ensured each video segment was visually clear and engaging. We also incorporated lower-thirds, titles, and graphics to highlight important points. This approach helped the content remain informative and professional.
On the day of the livestream, we managed every technical aspect. We set up cameras, ensured stable internet connections, and coordinated audio feeds. In addition, we added interactive features such as live polls and Q&A sessions. These elements allowed viewers to participate actively and stay engaged throughout the event. Our team monitored the stream in real time, troubleshooting any technical issues immediately. Consequently, the broadcast ran smoothly without interruptions.
