European Scientists Fighting Influenza
Conference production
#ABOUT THE PROJECT
In the ongoing fight against influenza, the European Scientific Working Group on Influenza (ESWI) plays a key role. The organization drives scientific dialogue and connects experts across Europe. Its congresses create platforms where research and practice come together in a meaningful way.
The ninth edition of the ESWI Influenza Conference took place in Valencia, Spain. This gathering became a cornerstone for European discussions on influenza, RSV, and COVID-19. Moreover, it offered space for both established experts and younger researchers to exchange knowledge. Attendees could follow in-depth presentations, roundtable sessions, and workshops. Therefore, the conference served as both an educational and a collaborative platform.
Scientists, public health professionals, and clinicians met to address urgent issues. They explored prevention strategies, vaccine development, and patient care. In addition, speakers highlighted the lessons learned from COVID-19 and linked them to future preparedness. The broad focus made the conference highly relevant for anyone involved in infectious disease management.
We carried full responsibility for the audiovisual production of the event. Our team managed video editing, produced after-movies, and developed on-site content. Furthermore, we ensured that every session, keynote, and panel received clear visual support. These efforts helped the audience focus on the scientific message while also capturing the atmosphere of the congress.
In addition, we created visual storytelling that extended beyond the live event. Through high-quality recordings and summaries, the conference reached professionals who could not attend in person. Consequently, the impact of the congress continued long after the closing session.
Working on the ESWI Influenza Conference was both challenging and inspiring. It demanded precision, flexibility, and technical expertise. Ultimately, our contribution helped transform complex scientific content into an accessible and engaging experience. The event once again confirmed ESWI’s essential role in shaping Europe’s influenza discussions.
