‘Shrek de Musical’ by Van Hoorne Studios is a heartwarming and hilarious stage adaptation of the beloved animated film. The story follows Shrek, a grumpy but lovable ogre who only wants peace in his swamp. However, fairytale creatures are banished there by the evil Lord Farquaad. Consequently, Shrek must embark on a wild adventure. Along the way, he meets Donkey, a loyal and talkative companion, and Princess Fiona, who hides a surprising secret. Together, they face dragons, knights, and unexpected feelings while discovering the true meaning of friendship, love, and self-acceptance. The journey delivers big laughs, tender moments, and many surprises.
